Who Am I To Teach This?

My name is Anna Maria Wittmann.I’m an ex-dieter, mum of three and PhD student with a Master in Public Health Nutrition.

After recovering from my eating disorder, I found myself stuck in a different loop: still overwhelmed, still chasing every “health hack” on social media, just wearing a wellness halo instead of counting calories.While stalking the science over the last 10 years about cravings and hunger in the "weightloss-bubble" I realised:The problem isn’t willpower.
It’s the story we tell ourselves about food.
Now I help wellness seekers unlearn trends and reconnect with their bodies using behavioural nutrition, psychology, and a whole lot of compassion.Because understanding your cravings is the first step toward peak performance and becoming the version of ourselves we actually want to be.
